This is the official registration platform for the registration ahead of the 2026 General Gathering of the All Africa Baptist Fellowship (AABF). AABF is the regional representative of the Baptist World Alliance and we exist to network the Baptist Family in Africa and beyond for Christ. We are in 45 African Countries and this year’s Gathering will take place in Nairobi, Kenya; an open, beautiful and people-friendly country where AABF had her first ever official meeting in 1982. You also need no visa to enter Kenya if you are carrying the international passport of any African country except Libya and Somalia.

Every General Gathering of the All Africa Baptist Fellowship affords the Baptist family, male, male, female, serving or non-serving Officers, the opportunity to be together in Worship, Word and Working together for the upward growth of the family that we all love and carry jealously, so much we say, Proudly Baptist! This General Gathering is very special because it is the first time that all our departments are going to be meeting at a common venue to promote our togetherness.

2023 General Gathering in Retrospect

The last edition of the General Gathering was held in Kigali, Rwanda precisely at the prestigious Dove Hotel and the guest speaker is Pastor Rick Warren, the theme was From Seir toward Canaan. The event was attended by the crème de la crème of the Baptist family from the Baptist World Alliance, All Africa Baptist Fellowship and other partner organizations.

The activities included Worship, Special Healthy Church Workshop, Workshops, Auxiliary Meetings, Launching of new AABF Ministries including the African Baptist Mission Board, Powerful Evening Rallies, Tours, Introduction of New member Bodies, etc. We experienced unforgettable time in His Presence.

What does the Registration Fee Covers?

International Delegates:

A. Access to Conference Venue
B. Conference Materials
C. Airport Pickup and drop off on the Conference arrival and departure dates
D. Lunch and Dinner

Local Delegates:

A. Access to Conference Venue

C. Lunch

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation on or before June 30, 2026
Delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees.
All bank transfer charges will be borne by the delegate.
2. Cancellation from July 01 to August 14, 2026
Refunds will be issued with a USD 50 deduction for administrative purposes.
Delegates will be responsible for all bank transfer charges.
3. Cancellation from August 15 onwards
Refunds will be issued with a 50% deduction from the registration fee, as most organizational advances will have already been paid.
Note: A written note of intent to cancel must be sent to events@allafricabaptist.org before refund processing
